All merchandise returned for an exchange or refund must be in its original condition and salable (i.e. shrink wrap unbroken, seals intact, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned in unsalable condition. Opened DVDs and CD’s may be returned only if found defective and then exchanged for one of the same. No substitutions are allowed.
Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping – or returned as undeliverable – will be treated as a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Merchandise damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Please file all claims for merchandise damaged in-transit with the shipper.
Returns for exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date of purchase. If there is a problem with your order or if you need to return or exchange an item please call a representative at 1 (800) 380-PETS (7387) or email email@example.com. The Pet Sitter Shop is unable to accept returns without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date of the order and cannot be extended or re-issued.
Please write the RGA number on the original invoice in the space provided and on the outside of the package. Pack the return securely, in original packaging if possible, and include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. If you do not have the original invoice/packing slip, please include the following information: the RGA number, your name; address and telephone number; the product information, including the item number, size, color, and quantity. All returns and exchanges should be insured and shipped via UPS.
Order the wrong size or color? Simply place the corrected order online and follow the instructions above to return the items that you do not want. The Pet Sitter Shop will credit your card for the returned items once they are received in good condition.
